I helped in the early development of what grew from startup to a profitable, $20-plus million dollar firm dominating their market.  Aided in the creation of a new environmental and building controls field, variable air volume (VAV) control systems.

Phoenix Controls was acquired by Honeywell as a wholly owned, yet autonomous company.
