 About James L. Woodward

Jim Woodward has more than 30 years of high technology management experience.  Jim has raised over $15 million in venture capital and has been CFO of several public companies.  He has been the founding CFO of a variety of successful companies including:

  • Iris Graphics (sold to Scitex for $31 million)
  • Computer Access Systems (sold to Lotus)
  • Exos (sold to Microsoft)
  • Quinsoft (sold to Knowledgeware)
  • Actual Software (sold to Palm)

Jim has been involved with the MIT Enterprise Forum for over twenty years in a variety of roles including Chair.  He has been on the Executive Committee and the Startup Committee, and Editor of the Forum Reporter.
