Thomas
J. Vaughan Jr., P.E., is the founder of GSC
Engineering in Stoughton Massachusetts, Chairman of the IEEE Boston
Consultants Network, and a co-founder and former officer of CODA Systems Inc. He
has held management and technical positions with Digital Equipment Corporation,
Compugraphic, Stone & Webster, Hoyle Doran & Berry, and the U.S.
Department of Transportation.
Tom
is a Civil Engineer, a licensed Electrical Engineer, a Licensed Professional
Engineer (P.E.) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a Licensed Member of the
National Society of Professional Engineers, and a Senior Member of the Institute
of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
