About the conference
The conference theme is to develop a company culture of the Voice of the Customer.
As a presenter at America's leading conference on turning insights into strategies, I would like to personally invite you to attend the Voice of the Customer event, December 4-6, 2006, in San Diego, CA.
For years, we've embraced the idea of customer insight as the most important springboard for product and service design activities. Yet with all of the innovative tools and methods that gather the "Voice," companies still grapple with just how best to do it for their products, and how best to use this vital information in their ongoing ideation, conceptual, and actual physical product development.
On Tuesday, December 5th, I will give a presentation entitled "The Board of Directors: Vital Partner for a VoC Culture." I am excited to be part of this event and would be so pleased if you joined me at this presentation.
